TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR CLIENTS
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment & you have not called or texted for any reason your appointment will be canceled. And your deposit or payment for services will be forfeited.
If you have purchased a package, or prepay and you do not show or call or text to reschedule in less than 24 hours before your appointment is forfeited and will be reduced from your package number of treatments. Or you will have to pay a reschedule fee of $50 to rebook your prepaid appointment.
ALL APPOINTMENTS must be confirmed the day before Via the text message reminder or your email reminder. If the appointment is not confirmed you will be canceled and asked to re-schedule.
There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of any kind and by paying Sculpt Excellence LLC via Squareup/Square, PayPal or any other payment method used by Sculpt Excellence LLC.
You understand and will comply with this policy, and by paying the prepaid amount, & or deposit for treatment and or services. And you understand that you cannot dispute any charges by Squareup/Square, PayPal or any other payment method used by Sculpt Excellence LLC. or your current baking institution which I use to make the payment. .
NOTE: ANY FALSE CLAIMS OF YOU NOT RECEIVING SERVICES OR TREATMENTS WILL RESULT IN YOU PAYING ALL LEGAL FEES, AND ALL THE OWNERS PAIN AND SUFFERING. IF ANY CLAIMS OR CHARGEBACKS ARE MADE THIS WILL ALSO IN RESULT LEAGL FEES PAID BY THE CLIENT. UP TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
